Application Fees
There are a few fees that will need to be paid at the time of application:
$300 Holding Fee
The holding fee allows us to remove the property from the market and prevent anyone else from applying for the home. Upon approval of your application, this fee is applied to your security deposit. If your application is denied, the holding fee will be returned to you within 10 business days. Please note: The holding fee is non-refundable if your application is approved and you decide to cancel.
$75 Application Fee
An application fee is required for each adult (18 years and older) member of the household. Application fees will not be collected for children. The application fee is non-refundable.
Documents you will need
In order to complete your application, be sure to have the following items ready:
- Electronic copy/photo of a valid state or government issued photo identification
- Social Security Number
- Employment information
- Vehicle information (make, model, and license plate number)
- Credit Card number and bank account information to pay initial application fees
