There are several things that must be completed five (5) days before your scheduled move-in date.
1. Your lease must be signed by all adults named on the lease.
2. All move in funds must be paid.
3. Renters insurance in place with the Landlord listed as an "additional interest"
4. Set up all utilities
5. Complete your Move In Orientation
At Angel Wood Management, our Move In Orientation is a convenient and flexible way to give you all the information you need about your home and about leasing a home with us. One of our Specialists will contact you to schedule your orientation.
Here’s what you need to know about the Move In Orientation:
Renters insurance provides you with piece of mind knowing that your personal belongings are covered in the event of unforeseeable circumstances. We believe its so important, we require our residents to carry it while they live in our homes. For more information see the Renter's Insurance tab.
Once you have completed items 1, 2, 3, & 4 above we will release the lockbox code upon your lease start date so that you may access keys to the home.
In the event a permanent lockbox is not installed at the home, the lockbox will be removed from the door within the following 72 hours, or at the time of the post move in inspection.
