Renewing Your lease

Lease Renewal Process

Renewal offers are sent approximately 60 to 70 days prior to the lease expiration date. Renewal offers are sent by email, and will provide you with the name and contact information of the Angel Wood Management Specialist who will walk you through the renewal process and assist with any questions.

The lease renewal process is simple. Your Angel Wood Management Renewal Specialist will verify some of your information, update any changes to the lease, discuss your options, and provide you with a new Lease Agreement for you to sign through DocuSign. Once you sign the document, your new lease will be in place once your current lease expires.

Not Interested In Renewing

Please remember, unless otherwise stated in your lease, you are required to give 60 days notice if you intend to end your lease. You can give your notice by filling out our Notice to Vacate Form
